Join CHDC for a Coping with Holiday Blues presentation at the TriCounty Active Adult Center on Monday, November 24th at 1:00PM. Our Well-Being Navigators, Laura Galindez, LCSW, and Andre Hewitt, LPC, will teach you coping skills to accept your thoughts and feelings, and actions to take to help change your mood and behaviors.
